Selection:
There will be a online written examination and candidates merit listed on the basis of the written examination and such number of candidates as required, which will be determined by the Bank will be called for the second stage namely Group Activities and a Personal interview. The details of the written examination will be indicated in the Brochure that will be sent to each candidate who has been admitted for the written examination.
Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
Application Fee:
For SC/ST / Repatriate candidates – Rs. 300/- For all other candidates – Rs. 450/- The application fee must be paid upfront by all applicants. It has to be paid by means of a Bank Pay Order or Bank Demand Draft issued by a Scheduled Bank payable at Chennai and should be drawn in favour of REPCO BANK RECRUITMENT CELL. The applicant should write his / her name and address on the backside of the demand Draft / Pay Order. Application not accompanied by the Demand Draft / Bank Pay Order will not be considered.
Examination Centre & Date of Examination:
a. The Written Examination will be an ON-LINE Examination. The ON-LINE TEST will be held on a Sunday in July 2010 at CHENNAI. The following centers will also be considered, if sufficient number of candidates register at the places: Coimbatore, Trichy, Madurai, Vijayawada, Bangalore and Trivandrum b. Details regarding examination and venue will be given in the call letter. c. Candidates will have to make their own arrangements for taking the Written Examination.

SELECTION PROCESS
For the purpose of selection for the posts at Sl No 2 to 7 (E2 Grade), the candidates shall be invited for the interview in the ratio of 1:8 to the number of vacancies on the basis of the percentage of the MBBS degree marks [Percentage of the MBBS degree marks means the Aggregate of Marks Obtained in all the Professional exams divided by the Maximum Marks in all the Professional exams expressed as percent].
For the purpose of selection for the post of Medical Officer (E1), if the number of eligible applicants for posts is in the ratio of up to 1:8 of the number of posts, only the personal interview shall be conducted. However, if the number of eligible candidates for the posts exceeds the ratio of 1:8, written test will be conducted and candidates will be invited for Personal interview in the ratio of 1:6 to the number of vacancies in order of merit on the basis of their performance in the written test.
No traveling allowance will be given for appearing in the written test.
Candidates invited for personal interview for E2 level will be paid to and fro Two Tier AC train fare and those invited for E1 level will be paid sleeper class train fare from the mailing address to Haridwar by the shortest route on production of proof of journey.
